In collaboration with the Lifelong Learning Council which aims to help people of all ages develop a habit of continual learning for a more purposeful and productive life, Innovation Lab by LEGO Education is excited to host a series of FREE coding workshops.

This is to provide an opportunity for anyone to learn coding, from children to senior citizens. And to encourage collaboration on a coding project between grandchildren, parents and grandparents through these coding workshops.

We believe that more playful, creative and hands-on methods engage students of all abilities to achieve results.
Our camps are highly suitable for children aged 5 and above. From camps and workshops targeting at problem solving skills, creativity and building such as Meet Mr. Learnie camps to letting their imagination run wild and creating their own story with the Story Makers Camps and introducing robotics with Junior Robotics and Robotics with LEGO Mindstorms Education EV3 camps, we have something suitable for every child.

Participants will be introduced to the basics of the EV3 platform. This course covers the basic forms of movement, with tasks and clear objectives for each session, ensuring your children comprehend the basics and are ready to progress to more advanced EV3 courses and projects. Participants will also be introduced to the main sensors available for the EV3 platform and learn how to incorporate them into their robot’s program.

A perfect introduction to robotics for children attempting robotics for the very first time. Your child gets to build exciting models using the latest LEGO Education WeDo 2.0 sets. Programming is made easy with an icon-based programming environment that gives life to your child’s LEGO models.
