National Junior Robotics Competition 2015
The National Junior Robotics Competition (NJRC) is an exciting and unique event organised by Science Centre Singapore, Agency for Science Technology and Research (A*STAR) and DSO National Laboratories.
This robotics competition encourages students to develop problem solving skills, entrepreneurial skills, creative thinking skills and team spirit among the participants. The NJRC is about celebrating the process of learning through interactive, meaningful experiences.

Exclusive LEGO Education Packages for NJRC Participants
Duck Learning has come up with a special and more comprehensive series of LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3 packages at highly discounted rates to support teams.
Each team is allowed to purchase one package.
There will be no challenge week special packages this year.
Teams should order all their hardware in the next 2 weeks to ensure that they receive their requirements well before challenge week.

Introductory Workshop for Teachers
To provide teachers with a better understanding of the LEGO MINDSTORMS Education Platform, robotics competitions and managing a robotics club, Duck Learning has organiseda introductory workshop for teachers in charge of robotics clubs.
Date: 29th July 2015
Time: 3pm-6pm

Preparatory Workshop for Participants(recommended for Beginners only)
In order to help teams from schools who are new to NJRC, Duck Learning is organising a free workshop for participants.
3 x ½ day workshop will cover all the basics of constructing and programming your robot to embark on the challenges in NJRC 2015.
Date: 3rd, 5th& 6th of August 2015
Time: 2pm-5pm
Details
On the Friday of the Challenge Week, participants will go through a 3-hour workshop learning basic construction & programming.
Date: 11 September 2015, Friday
Venue: Science Centre
Participants will then attempt the challenge set out on the LEGO Education Space Challenge Set.
Interested participants should bring their own laptops.
