Activity 1: Routes (45 minutes)
Materials needed: Pencils, Worksheet 1.2, KUBO Robot, Movement TagTiles, and KUBO Activity Map
By the end of this section, your students or children will be able to:
♦ Learn the direction of the Movement TagTiles®
♦ Observe how KUBO moves.
♦ Create routes for KUBO to follow

Activity 2: Functions (45 minutes)
Materials needed: KUBO Robot, Movement TagTiles, KUBO Activity Map, Red Function Record and Play TagTiles, and Blue Function Record and Play TagTiles
By the end of this section, your students or children will be able to:
♦ Transition routes into functions.
♦ Correctly get KUBO from one given location to another using a function.

Activity 3: Subroutines (45 minutes)
Materials needed: Pencils, KUBO Robot, Movement TagTiles, KUBO Activity Map, Red Function Record and Play TagTiles, and Blue Function Record and Play TagTiles

♦ Work with subroutines
♦ Make two functions to complete a route and turn a function into a subroutine

Activity 4: Loops (45 minutes)
Materials needed: Pencils, Sticky notes of 2 or 3 different colors, KUBO Robot, Movement TagTiles, KUBO Activity Map, Red Function Record and Play TagTiles, Blue Function Record and Play TagTiles and Loop and Parameter TagTiles
By the end of this section, your students or children will be able to:
♦ Work with loops.
♦ Create a function with loops.
