Participants will be introduced to the basics of the EV3 platform. This course covers the basic forms of movement, with tasks and clear objectives for each session, ensuring your children comprehend the basics and are ready to progress to more advanced EV3 courses and projects. Participants will also be introduced to the main sensors available for the EV3 platform and learn how to incorporate them into their robot’s program.

 

ROBOTech Explorer | FIRST LEGO League Competition 

Age: 9 to 16 years old

Our trainers will guide participants through the whole FIRST LEGO LEAGUE 2017-2018 HydroDynamics Challenge and help new participants understand the robot game and research project better.

Participants get to:

• Learn how to invent, build and program their very own robot with LEGO MINDSTORMS Education EV3
• Attempt creative and mind-boggling challenges by programming your robot to control its surroundings with sensors
• Build solutions to real-world problems
• Mission practice for FIRST LEGO League Animal Allies challenge
• Represent Innovation Lab in the FIRST LEGO LEAGUE 2017-2018 HydroDynamics Challenge

All required materials such as laptops and LEGO MINDSTORMS EV3 sets will be provided on a loan basis
